Lead Development Coach.

Full time contract – continuation subject to funding.

Salary – £27,000 plus pension.

In what is a hugely exciting time for Welsh Boxing, the Welsh Amateur Boxing Association (WABA) is planning to further support and develop the sport in Wales. In order to exploit fully the unprecedented growth of interest across our sport, WABA is looking to appoint an experienced Lead Performance Coach who will be able to lead the semi-centralised boxing programme.

The successful candidate will work across the organisation to support the Performance Director.

Do you have:

  • Ability to deliver an individualised technical development plan with boxers;
  • Ability to work with a small team and many volunteers;
  • Experience of an elite performance environment;
