In what is a hugely exciting time for Welsh Boxing, the Welsh Amateur Boxing Association (WABA) is planning to further support and develop the sport in Wales. In order to exploit fully the unprecedented growth of interest across our sport, WABA is looking to appoint an experienced Community Officer, who will be able to lead the delivery of a Community program.

The successful candidate will work across the organisation to supporting the General Manager and working with all staff.

Do you have the:

  • Ability to develop and deliver a Community program;
  • Ability to work with a small team and many volunteers;
  • Experience of a performance environment;
